Welcome back! I have a few exciting updates to share with you!
First, I opened a physical location to operate Realistic Wellness! It is located Inside Indulge Beauty bar in Shelbyville Ky, and I am currently taking in-person nutrition clients! I am also offering free use of my Hume body pod scale to those who would like to track their metrics and body composition. (*UPDATED SEPTEMEBR 19, 2026: I have closed my physical office due to lack of time to be there, but my online coaching is still available)
Second, I am now Certified Integrative Health Coach with the Spencer Institute! This has been in the works for the past 6 months and I ma proud to announce I have finished my certification. This is exciting news, and I can now focus on helping clients with their metabolic health, as well as digestion with diet and lifestyle.
The brand new Realistic Wellness Club membership has been launched and is live! It has been live for a month or so and now has a growing library of nutrition coaching videos, online shop to purchase my recommended products, as well as members only access to my ebooks and guides, 5 day fitness programs each month, and on demand workout classes.
Each week I upload 1 or 2 new coaching videos on various nutrition topics that align with my nutrition philosophy. For example last week’s topic was the The Health Benefits of Omega # for gut/skin/overall health.
I am so proud of this membership and have been working really hard to make it as thorough as possible for those who need guidance on nutrition but cannot afford 1 on 1 coaching.

I have also been accepted as a wholesale partner with one of my favorite brands, Koyah! As you know I have relied on Koyah heavily during my healing journey and they helped me so much when I wasn’t able to digest many foods during my gut issues. Now that I am on the other side of that issue, I want to help others learn how they can use these products to help their healing as well. Shop on https://www.nbw-membership.com
On top of that, I have also gotten a referral link to Possible products now so I can share my favorite protein and greens products with my clients and friends and they can save $10.

I have discovered the best bakery I’ve ever seen for healthy bread products, as well as protein bars and I have a referral for them as well. Organic Bread Of Heaven is top 9 allergen free, glyphosate free, egg/dairy/nut/ and soy free, fermented sourdough, no added yeast and sweetened with dates and maple syrup. My family has replaced all of our bread products to this brand and they are worth every penny!

Lastly I will be able to offer Tiny Health gut testing as an optional add on to clients as well.
That is all of the updates I have for you, but I’m very excited to be able to share all of the exciting things happening here at Realistic Wellness!
See you next time,
Shauna
