What To Expect
A health coaching experience with me is a personalized, supportive, whole-person approach to wellness.
My coaching focuses on the connection between nutrition, gut health, skin health, metabolic health, lifestyle, and performance—while recognizing that there is no single approach that works for everyone.
We start with you.
You will begin by filling out a thorough questionnaire addressing your concerns and goals. I will review your submission and you will receive video response from me with recommendations as well as other videos from my video membership library related to your goals. This way you won’t have wait to book a call and you can re-watch your session if you need to.
Depending on your goals, we may also explore areas such as:
- Digestion and gut health
- Energy and daily routines
- Food quality
- Hydration
- Blood-sugar-friendly eating patterns
- Skin-supportive nutrition
- Physical activity and exercise
- Recovery and lifestyle habits
- Fitness and performance goals
Rather than handing you a generic list of rules, we’ll identify the areas that make the most sense to focus on for you.
Connecting The Dots
Nutrition doesn’t exist in isolation.
Your food choices, hydration, activity, sleep, stress, routines, movement, and environment can all influence how realistic a wellness plan is for your life.
That’s why we look at the bigger picture.
We may explore concepts such as:
- Low-GI dietary patterns
- Omega-3 and dietary fat patterns
- Dietary AGEs
- Fiber and prebiotic foods
- Gut microbiome support
- Phytonutrients
- Food quality
- Hydration
- Lifestyle habits
The specific topics we discuss depend on your goals and what is relevant to you.
Movement Is Part Of The Picture
If improving fitness, strength, body composition, or performance is part of your goal, we’ll also consider movement and exercise as part of your overall wellness strategy.
I offer all levels home workouts to help you get movement in, get fit, and have fun without injury.
Realistic Strategies Over Perfect Plans
You don’t need another plan that works perfectly on paper but falls apart in real life.
Together, we’ll identify practical changes that fit your actual schedule, preferences, abilities, and circumstances.
That may mean starting with one small nutrition habit, improving hydration, increasing the variety of whole foods you eat, changing how you approach exercise, modifying a movement, or creating a more realistic routine.
We build from there.
