Just Launched: RWS Daily Skin Nutrition Fillable Tracker

Hi everyone, I wanted to share something I created for those who are interested in taking their gut-skin nutrition to the next level. I created a FREE nutrition tracker for you to download and use!

This fillable tracker is made from my Nutriopathy™ guidelines, and allows you to track your nutrients, colors of foods so you eat the rainbow daily, your proteins and habits like water.

It also includes a Color Nutrition™ Guide, so you know what nutrients are in each color and can make sure you are getting AT LEAST one of each color per day. Eventually for optimal skin health you can work up to 2-3 servings of each color per day if you like.

And lastly, this tracker has a blank meal plan so you can fill in your own meals and snacks each day. Each meal box contains a color icon for you to see each color that you can “collect” per day, it doesn’t mean to eat those colors at each meal, they are just for reference.

I am also working on a Color Nutrition™ System ebook, and a Color Nutrition™ Reset ebook which is kind of like a way to reset your tastebuds and move over to a more nutrient dense way of eating. I will be doing that as well because like many people, I love sugar and things that are not good for my skin and gut health– but it is easy to fall back into bad habits even when your intentions are good.

I made it fillable so you can check off each boxy daily, and reuse it over and over without having to print anything or carry a notepad, or even use an app. If you would like more information on Nutriopathy™, you can read more about it here.
