One of my passions in life is to research and seek out the healthiest food and health products to share them with others. I have developed my own standards of what healthy means since starting my journey into wellness in 2012 and have found many amazing brands! I know it can be hard to know what is good when you are first starting out on your healthy eating journey, and that’s why I love sharing things I find. Some of these can be found at Whole Foods, but most are online only. I’m not including things that you can get at the regular grocery like Simple Mills, Siete, or Primal Kitchen though they really are some of my favorites and staples! Also, I am not affiliated with any of these brands, I have just found them along my way and love them, so I want to share them with you. I will do another post of my favorite grocery store staples soon!
This brand is new to me but I’m already obsessed! You can eat them like cereal, top off a yogurt bowl, or even eat them by the handful. They have a variety of flavors as well.

In 2017 I used to only buy a sprouted buckwheat bread from a brand called BUK Foods, and it was so delicious. Buckwheat has a ton of health benefits so since that bread no longer exists, I have searched a long time to find something similar and NOW ITS HERE!

This product has been in my diet since around 2017 as well! It’s actually the brand that got me hooked on adaptogens (back then they were just starting to get popular)! It’s so potent and full of ant inflammatory properties, it has made such an impact on my health so I’m always going to keep in in my diet.

ChocZero has been a brand I’ve loved for years. They are a monk fruit sweetened chocolate brand that has expanded into many other products like coffee syrup, candy bars…even marshmallows! They use monk fruit to sweeten, and some are vegan, but some do contain milk or egg whites. The coffee syrups are so delicious and although they do have some ingredients like caramel color the ingredients are elite as far as coffee syrups and candy goes. In MY opinion. There’s a ton of flavors too! They have basically a healthier swap for anything you need, go check them out!

This brand is new to me, but I have been using colostrum for over a year. I was using another brand that I also love but I wanted to test out WonderCow and I’m so glad I did because I actually like it better! The actual products blends much easier into my coffee, the container is a jar instead of a bag, and it tastes great. I have seen such changes in my gut since starting colostrum and it even made my hair grow back after I lost some after having covid. Its now a staple.

Seven Sunday’s cereal is my FAVORITE brand of cereal I’ve ever had! The ingredients are so natural and simple, they taste amazing, and they use upcycled ingredients like oat protein! There are different types of cereal like oat protein, sunflower protein and they also have oatmeal and muesli. My favorite is the sunflower cereal, it has the best crunch. But they are all yummy!

These snack bars are unreal! They taste amazing, use allulose as a sweetener, and have minimal and simple ingredients! I found them at Big Lots one day ( R.I.P. Big Lots), and they were only .78 cents, so I bout a few and I was hooked. My FAVE one is the oatmeal cookie dough. It’s unreal how delicious these are!

I’ve already done a review on this brand, but I wanted to include it because it’s still my favorite protein powder. I just love the taste (even by itself now lol), the texture, the PRICE, and how quickly it gets to me. Did someone say 1 day shipping?!? Yes, it has come to me in one day before. It comes in vanilla batter or chocolate in the plant protein, but the whey version has quite a few more flavors. They also offer collagen and casein. You can also subscribe and its cheaper which is what I do.

I’m surprised I haven’t made a post about this product before because I’ve used it for a few years. I really leaned on it last year when my reflux started but since then I’ve healed my gut a lot and I can drink real coffee regularly, but I do still use it. Joe’y is a coffee alternative that’s CHOCK FULL OF ADAPTOGENS! It tastes like a coffee/cinnamon/cacao tea that gives you energy all day. I find it actually does give me more energy through the day than coffee and its a great pre-workout! I just LOVE coffee so much I use it less than my morning coffee now days. They give you a referral code when you order as well so you can use mine if you wanna try it.

I know you can get this at the grocery store, but it’s something I use every day and has helped me with healing my reflux and gut. Traditional Medicinals chamomile and ginger teas! Chamomile is amazing if you have reflux (I even find it has helped with my rosacea redness), because it soothes inflammation in your esophagus as well as stomach. Ginger is amazing for digestion and stimulates gastric emptying- if you have reflux constipation can be a problem for some people (me), and this tea has helped a lot. I sometimes mix them together with manuka honey and its delicious.

These are all my favorites I can think of at the moment because I currently use them, but as more come along I will definitely update my list in the future.
Have you tried any of these products? Did you like them? If you do try any and love them, let me know!
See you next time,
Shauna
